The ceiling fell down and Fletcher put it back up straight away. A brilliant job done by Fletcher Construction Services. They were very speedy and the finish was amazing. Proper job.

Excellent Service! We contacted Jake regarding a missing roof tile. Within the hour Jake contacted us to say he would take a look the following day. Unfortunately where the tile was missing meant that it wasn’t an easy job. Within a week Jake had organised scaffolding!

Reliable, flexible, and very good workmanship. I asked Jacob to design and construct a new balcony fence for our holiday let cottage in Polperro. Not only did he complete this task to a superb standard, and completed the work on time as agreed, he also displayed a lot of flexibility to help me with lots of other jobs that cropped up at the same time, including plastering work and refreshing the exterior window sills. We'll definitely be using him again, and would recommend him to others.

Quality workmanship, clean and tidy builders who actually care!
We had Jacob and his team in to knock down and rebuild our retaining wall, facing the block-work with stone, showing great attention to detail, it looks marvellous. Being new to Cornwall we really didn't know who to get, but FCS came recommended by the local newsagent. Clean & tidy, quality workmanship and all at affordable prices. 5-star tradesmen, excellent, highly recommend! After being let down by a local builder in Looe we asked Jacob to come over and finish the plastering extension, which the last builder literally just picked up his tools and left. Jacob was very kind, pleasant and extremely skilled at his job. We only wish we had had him and his team in from the start to do our project. Highly recommend them to anyone, 5 star service!

We were really pleased with the work carried out for us. We live 220 miles away so it's nice to be able to trust someone to let themselves in and carry out work when you aren't there. Jake came out to look at the work we needed when he said he would - quite often nowadays people don't turn up. They cleaned up after they had finished the work. We will definitely use them again and would recommend anyone to do the same.

FCS Ltd have carried out the refurbishment of a stone walled and slate roofed building. The work was done well and in good time. Jacob Fletcher was punctilious in keeping us informed at a distance how the work was proceeding on site. We would use FCS Ltd again.
